Kozzmozz is the mothership of all K-Events. It stands for pure and proper techno.

Since its beginnings in September 1995, a small party among friends on the Josef K boat in the Ghent harbor, Kozzmozz grew and evolved along with techno itself, delivering quality and mind-blowing parties for many years.

Kozzmozz helped to forge and strengthen the techno scene, and exposed a lot of international artists to Belgium for the first time. It kept growing and had to move to larger venues such as the International Congress Centre (ICC) and Kuipke, a big velodrome with several extra rooms. This also meant extensive line-ups of the biggest names in the industry, and as electronic music diversified into more genres, other acts as well performed at Kozzmozz. There was a tech-house room, a chill-out room and Kozzmozz was even the first to launch an electro room long before the hype. There was also a full-blown drum and bass room. Many of our current concepts started there. But everywhere you could sense the quality, passion and professionalism that Kozzmozz is still known for to this day.

Today, techno is back with a vengeance. This comeback drove us to reclaim our place on the techno throne of Belgium as the biggest and hottest techno event in the country, bringing to you techno’s most wanted, such as Ben Klock, Ben Sims, James Ruskin, Robert Hood, Luke Slater, The Advent, Chris Liebing, Adam Beyer, Marcel Dettmann and many more.

Kozzmozz now takes place four times a year at the Vooruit, which is one of the most beautiful concert halls in Belgium. A unique location where the true technoheads from Belgium and abroad gather and dance to lose themselves on the dancefloor, to the throbbing beats of today’s strongest names in techno. As long as there’s techno, there’s Kozzmozz.
