Damn fine party even if we say so ourselves. All the artists performed excellently. Big thanks to Spacid, Shed, Mark Broom, Robert Hood & Kr!z. One by one they made the room throb and tremble. But also many thanks to you people. You know how to rock a party. You’re the best crowd a party could wish for. We’re proud to have you and love you all.

Pirates peep Vooruit

Peep was entered majestically by the pirate ship from Feestgedruis and together they turned the venue into a true party-heaven. A perfect atmosphere hit the decks from the start and everybody was clearly up for it. Spacid and Gols warmed up easily before the two Cocoon heroes Chris Tietjen & Marcus Fix. They caused some serious havoc on the deck and lit up the dance-floor like crazy. James& Whizz continued in true style and kept the whole room at boiling point till the very end. A great collaboration between two leading party-crews, check out the pictures here ! |

The festival is living up to its reputation of Belgium’s best electronic music festival again. In a fairylike setting you could enjoy an amazing line-up and for the 6th time in a row, Kozzmozz had its own stage. And we think it’s ok to brag because it was a very memorable day. All the artists showed what they were made of and you unquestionably appreciated the quality of it all.
Spacid had the honours to open up the dance on our stage and he did that with style, slowly building up the atmosphere in a way only he can. By the time Marcel Fengler and Marcel Dettmann took over, a lot of people were already shedding drops of sweat. They played deep and solid techno, just the way we like it. They represented the Berghain sound and showed us that their reputation is as strong as ever.
Next up was a gentleman who has been doing this for a very long time, Mr. Something for Your Mind, and that’s exactly what he did. speedy J toyed with all of our braincells and definitely delivered something sweet and tasty for our needy minds. Solid! Of course we won’t forget that Ben Sims also brought along his buddies Surgeon and Paul Mac. So Surgeon took over the controls and played a back to back with Ben Sims. It’s no secret that Surgeon has a special place in your hearts. Paul Mac on the other hand played for us for the first time, but delivered equally strong and made us experience some intense dancefloor moments. Both of them played with Ben Sims whose trademark technique further enflamed the dancefloor.
Technique is also a typical quality of our resident Kr!z and you’re not likely to forget that! Luckily no one got hurt :-)
And finally Chris Liebing came up and played a fantastic and energetic set full of uplifting moments. A good thing that the tent was rock solid or he would have played the roof off. You all definitely created a unique atmosphere. We wouldn’t have done it without you. We hope to welcome you again at the next Kozzmozz edition at the Vooruit, Gent on 22-10-2011.

with the big K watching over us, the Vooruit filled up nicely during Spacid’s warm-up set. When Cari took to the decks, he worked the crowd perfectly and with his exquisite technical skills he had everybody wrapped up in his rumbling and hypnotic rhythm. The room was already at a boiling point and we had barely started the night. Then Sandwell District delivered the complete package, playing in their own style, spiced up with some classics while working the 909 drums live. They took the room to higher level. Alan Fitzpatrick muscled up the sound and made us sweat on heavy driving beats. Perfect for Kr!z who took over with a bang. His trademark harder and punishing techno sucked us into a black hole, preparing us for the fast approaching Tomorrowland edition. |

It’s drawing near, another pounding edition of Kozzmozz which will be completely in the atmosphere of Adam Beyer’s Drumcode label with 4 artists who regularly produce for his label. First of all Cari Lekebusch, who’s also known from the leading H-Productions label. H-Productions has recently welcomed a lot of the new breed of techno artists as Alexi Delano and Tony Rohr and is hailed in big clubs as Berghain and Fabric. But Cari still has a soft spot for Kozzmozz too. Next up is Sandwell District consisting of Function and Regis who are hailed all over the world for their forward thinking productions and extra-ordinary joint venture on stage. Newcomer Alan Fitzpatrick surprised everybody with his recent output and will definitely blow you away also. Spacid will warm you up whilst Kr!z will close the party like he does best.

Basically your job is to visit lots of parties during the weekends where you promote (flyers and posters) our events such as Star Warz, Daily Dubstep, Peep, Beats of Love, Retro Acid, Kozzmozz and more with posters and flyers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing person with a love for the nightlife and a responsible and positive attitude. You’re expected to have a car and must be willing to go out and drive to parties all over Belgium, at least one night per weekend and this almost every weekend of the year. You will get paid (per hour) and your expenses are reimbursed.

Thanks to all you sexy party-peepz who made an unforgettable party of this first edition. And big thanks also to all the dj’s, who blew us away with a really gorgeous selection of music. Prinz started off quite pumping and it got us in the mood immediately. Kabale und Liebe brought it down a notch in his typical style and grooved the room to the max. Perfect for Anja to take over where he left off with lots of Mobilee and similar sounds and several highlights with all the hands in the air. Radio Slave continued with more great house-tracks and some winks to house music’s special feeling, both future and past. All this was topped off by a spectacular set of Tom Dazing vs. Gols who kept everybody on the floor till the very last note. A night full of amazing vibes and an unbelievable atmosphere.

A treat like no other !

We’d like to thank all our fans for another great edition of Kozzmozz. You came in great numbers and the party was sold out once more which meant open balconies for extra party pleasure. You all came in time to witness Spacids techno set in the familiar Kozzmozz style with some tracks from the past and lots of new ones. It was clear you loved it. Unfortunately Terence Fixmer had some technical troubles but that didn’t stop him from still delivering an uplifting set with lots of tracks from his new album ’Comedy of Menace’. It got you in a perfect mood for Tommy Four Seven who used no less than 4 channels for his dj-set. He took it a bit deeper and darker and played a loopy set. Only to be continued by the star of the night, the ever smiling Chris Liebing who delivered an amazing set with a lot of great highlights that made the room explode time after time. Techno just the way we like it.
Kozz finished it off in true 90’s style: hard and pounding at times, emotional and melodic at others. One thing was for sure: nobody wanted to go home but unfortunately we had to. So let’s do it all again on Saturday, June 25th !

The intensity of the music that night perfectly reflected our deep gratitude towards you, for making our 15th anniversary so damn special and unique.
It’s safe to say that this edition will go down in history as one of the Kozzmozz highlights of the past 15 years. Not even the heavy snowfall could stop us from throwing a damn good techno party. Airports may have been closed, roads covered in snow, but both the artists and you made it to our B-day extravaganza safely and in big numbers. It didn’t take long for the Vooruit to fill up and to re-live the T-Quest experience. A lot of our favourite classics and typical Kozzmozz mayhem exploded from the speakers, giving you a strong taste of how Kozzmozz sounded like throughout the different stages in our history. Meanwhile, Black Francis delivered his unique style of blending those timeless records, warming up your hips for Spacid, who played a solid techno set with a technical fast-mixing style that kept you moving to those beats. It was clear that you all loved it.Back in the main room, Surgeon took over, taking Rolando’s spot in the line-up who’s Flight was delayed in Paris, waiting impatiently to brave the snow to make you sweat. Surgeon, a frequent guest at Kozzmozz for many years now, gave the people what they wanted, a typical dark Surgeon style set, filled with classic delights and relentless pounding. He literally nailed you to the dancefloor! We didn’t expect anything less! The lasers beamed, the balcony filled up and we all got intoxicated by those timeless techno tunes. Rolando, who meanwhile made it through the snow, took you on a journey into various shades of techno, from harder beats to deeper vibes; waves of different emotions made the dancefloor both tremble and indulge. And it wouldn’t be Rolando without his über techno anthem ’Knights of the Jaguar’ one of the unforgettable highlights of the night. Things started to heat up as Kr!z took to the decks and turned the small room into a packed sweaty mass of hungry technonautes, delivering a great set of relentless techno gems. You were all on fire when Trish finally took over and lived up to her reputation of the leading techno lady of Belgium. She played a varied but solid techno set spiced with classics and Detroit influenced records that so typify a pure Trish Van Eynde set! In the main room, co-founder and long-time resident of Kozzmozz played the closing set and took us all into a time capsule, back to those nights where he used to destroy the crowds with this typical and revered hard and dark techno sets. 6 am in the morning, but you just couldn’t leave, could you? And we couldn’t leave you, so the Vooruit gave us the honour to push on an extra half hour, to punish your bodies even more… till the very end of a brilliant Kozzmozz edition! We couldn’t thank you enough for celebrating with us 15 years of intense partying! We hope to see you soon, on our next journey into our Kozzmozz!

What a great edition of Kozzmozz it was with lots of familiar faces, old and new ones, and a lovely explosive vibe in both rooms and this from start to finish.
We were led into the perfect dancing mood by Spacid in the main room and Tomaz in the small room. They got us all warmed up and ready to boogie big time. In the main room Speedy J treated us to an extra long set of solid techno, taking us on a special journey with the typical sound he stands for. And clearly you enjoyed it to the fullest. Meanwhile Juannes delivered once again a powerful set in which the crowd got completely wrapped up. In the concert hall Marcel Fengler dropped a lot of crazy, deep and warped beats and basslines, the Berghain sound at its best. Tom Dazing delivered a special techno set for this occasion and let us sweat. And no, there was no pause button. Kr!z delivered the cherry on the cake and Psytox ended this great techno fest in the second room in true Kozzmozz style.
This edition left us all wanting for more and we’ll get our fix on our 15 year extravanganza on December 18th. But for now, we’ll just have to relive the memories with these great pictures.

We would like to thank all our fans for the absolutely amazing atmosphere in the Kozzmozz tent on Tomorrowland as well as all the dj’s - obviously - and the organization for having us over for the 6th time ! The tent filled up nicely during Spacid his set despite the beautiful weather outside. But then again, with our led ceiling and decorations we had the sun shining on us all day too and what a sight that big K turning over our heads was. Piece of cake for Len Faki to have us all dancing to his typical Berghain sounds. A vibe that was graciously continued by Ben Klock and Marcel Dettman. Robert Hood went more underground Detroit style while Carl Craig & Radioslave brought the more contemporary, melodic vibe back and it was very obvious they enjoyed playing for you a lot. As did Derrick May, who blew us all away as usual. No stopping us with the sounds of deck wizard Jeff Mills before Kr!z made us even want more but unfortunately with his last record came an ending to a magical day !

And we hope you did too! The hot summer night was started by Spacid who built things up slowly but surely and had the dance-floor filled by the end of his set despite the early hour. Mike Dehnert took over with a set full of his own work, Fachwerk style. And then the man all had been waiting for: Kenny Larkin who played a live set that was hard and full of emotion at the same time. It’s our pleasure to announce that Kozzmozz will be part again of Belgium’s most spectacular and magical outdoor dance festival: Tomorrowland. The fairyland of electronic music! This is the 6th time we’ll be hosting our own tent and this year again we have a smashing line-up which we’re really proud of! Thanks for all your massive support on this last edition of Kozzmozz. We had a wonderful night. Seba set the pace and mood and created the right atmosphere for Ben Klock whom a lot of you had come to see. He played the sound we all expected, his typical deep and dark Berghain Ostgut warehouse techno, just the way we like it. Len Faki took over and sucked everyone into a trip of energetic and uplifting techno, with great interaction with the crowd. People went extatic!
Then we had a bit of a dip due to some technical problems to connect Oscar Mulero’s set-up. Sorry about it. We did our utmost to solve the problem, but unfortunately not fast enough for Oscar who preferred to leave the venue instead of working together towards a solution. This was the perfect opportunity for our resident Kr!z to play a longer set for a change and to prove his value. Which he did more than well as he kept the crowd dancing and screaming till the end of the night. He was able to make a lot of people forget the unfortunate incident. Thank you Kr!z and thank you crowd. This proves again it’s all about techno!

A big thanks goes out to all the Kozzmozz fans who faced the extreme weather conditions and still came out to dance and celebrate yet another great edition. The night started out with a solid warmup by Spacid who treated us to a deep techno trip.
Big thanks to Derrick May who made our night and got us shaking and screaming with our hands in the air to his great selection of soulful techno. It was also great to see him having a lot of fun behind the decks. After his set the guys from Counterpart delivered a wicked live set with a bit more linear techno. They got the room ready for Kr!z who showed us that even in 45 minutes you can be at your best game.

| Unfortunately, as is the faith of more and more record stores these days, Music Man in Ghent had to close it's doors . for good .. we hope not but it looks like it. This means that you can no longer get pre-sale tickets for Kozzmozz or Beats of Love in the Steendam shop. We urge you to get your tickets at Fnac or in the Vooruit and regret to see this legendary record store disappear. We've all been there at one time or another in their 20 years of existence and will miss going there for vinyl, cd's, material and tickets. We wish them all the best. |

But we don’t want you to become deaf because of it. ’Protect your ears and enjoy music for the rest of your life’ is our motto and we hope it will become yours too. That’s why you can now find dispensers in the Vooruit venue with high quality and re-usable earplugs that are comfortable to wear and lower the volume with about 22 decibels. On top of it, they only cost 2 Euro, well actually only 1 Euro because Vooruit found two partners in this quest to sensitize young people and Bond Moyson Oost-Vlaanderen is paying half. Another night of techno mayhem has passed ... Tomaz set the pace in the main-room, followed by Redshape Live. He played several tracks of his new album ’The Dance Paradox’ mixed up with some of his older favorites. Function took over and made us dance to old and new techno tracks, making the circle round. Heiko Laux continued with his breed of Berlin influenced techno sounds before Makaton drove up the tempo with his tougher Rodz-Kones sound from London. And Kr!z finished the night with our typical Kozzmozz beats, just the way you like them. In the meantime the more minimal orientated party people roamed the Ultra room and got warmed up by Tecnum and the heat ;) Luckily the bar and chill-out area brought some relief because also Spacid made the temperatures rise with his special effects & scratching. Man of the night was without a doubt Peter van Hoesen who brought us the latest and newest tracks as did Tom Dazing, finishing the night in style.

About 5 years ago Kozzmozz launched the Young Talent Corner. Main goal was
to give young dj's the opportunity to play on their events. Soon after, we
found a great partner in Poppunt who wanted to expand their support to pop
and rock musicians also to the electronic music scene. Poppunt now also
offers young dj's the change to play on lots of other events but obviously
Kozzmozz is still part of it. On the last edition Robert Kohlman was
selected as Young Talent and he opened up the Ultra room. You can follow his

Oh what a day … one for the history books and one for all of those who were present to remember forever! All day long we were spoiled with the best techno ever made, played by all the grand masters themselves. Spacid set the right pace from the start and had our Kozzmozz tent filled in no time and that while the sun was shining! Aril Brikha’s deep and funky techno live set got the crowd moving and grooving and they loved it. The mood was right for Juan Atkins to take over who built up the tempo and had everybody let it all loose by the time Derrick May arrived behind the decks. And that’s just what he did, he made the tent explode over and over in true Detroit style, like a true master. No problem for Rolando who kept the music and spirits high during his set. Stacey Pullen played more funky techno but with enough beats to keep the tent moving and Kenny Larkin continued in the same direction. Kevin Saunderson even played some house but also lots of his classics and it became a trip down memory lane with all the hands in the air, just like in the beginning! Kr!z closed it all off with his usual harder style and lots of technical tricks. 20 years of techno music, ohh yeah !!!

And this time, we truly present you a legendary line-up. It will be the first time ever that the three Godfathers of techno will be performing on one line-up in Belgium! Kozzmozz even features all the big Detroit guns on one stage, all day long and this for the first time ever in Belgium. We can promise you… the Kozzmozz stage will be bouncing as usual! And there’s more good news, the Kozzmozz tent will no longer be the chill-out for the hard-dance stage as we’re moving to another location just like we’re moving from Sunday to Saturday so you’ve all got an extra day to recover!

We all needed a bit of an extra push in the beginning but Marcel Dettmann did just that and got the main room off to a great start. The atmosphere rose during Pacou Live who was the perfect transition to the harder set of Robert Hood. Prepare for a musical trip from Berlin to Detroit and back with Marcel Dettmann from Ostgut, Pacou from Tresor and Robert Hood who’s just re-launched his M-Plant label with as a first release his legendary Minimal Nation track. But do not expect a minimal set from this techno master on Kozzmozz. He knows we like the harder techno beats! And for those who like it a bit less pounding, there is always the Ultra room. | We are back on Saturday, June 27th with a new edition of Kozzmozz. Two rooms, double the fun. In the main room we have rising star Marcel Dettmann from Ostgut Recordings in Berlin next to pioneer Robert Hood who will be re-releasing his famous M-Plant imprint on June 15th. Watch out for the white label of ’Minimal Nation’ which announces the start of the re-release.
They will be joined by Pacou who recently released a track called Kozzmozz on Mental Disorder. Will O’ Brien from Sub-Scape is our Belgian guest for the nite. In the Ultra room Fader, Franco Cangelli, Spacid and a young talent will bring more minimally inspired tunes.

Thank you for the big attendance. Around twelve 'o clock the whole room was
already filled with Kozzmozz fans. The true techno lovers had big
expectations for this edition and like we say, expected the unexpected. One
thing is for sure: they got what they wanted, pounding techno-beats with a
twist all night long. Seba Lecompte gave the warming-up set and got everyone
in the mood big time. After this home match for Seba, it was Phase from
Token Records who rocked the room. The pleasant Kozzmozz party atmosphere
dominated ! And then at 2h30 hell, or let us say heaven, broke out. Ben Sims
and Surgeon who form the exclusive duo, Frequency 7, represented what
Kozzmozz stands for. One by one they played unforgettable and timeless
techno records. While everybody was dancing their asses off and throwing
their hands in the air Kr!z took over. As we saw on the party-peeps faces,
the party could go on and on... So Kr!z kept up the tempo and at the end of
the night all the die-hards went home tired but happy and that's just the
way we like it.
Hope to see you on June 27th for another memorable edition of Kozzmozz!
We can already reveal to you that Marcel Dettmann
will be one of our three international guests on this edition.

From the very start people were propelled into the right atmosphere by Tomaz who delivered a brilliant warm-up set to none other than Luke Slater, who clearly was the man of the moment. A wicked selection of mental rhythms and exploding beats making the room vibrate with energy. Needless to say, hands were popping in the air every 5 minutes! Meanwhile Juannes delivered a minimal set of which we're sure many people will remember. He really was the hero of the night in the Ultra room. James Ruskin and Regis took over in the main room and cranked it up, working the dancefloor as you would expect from two of the most solid names in the UK techno scene. In the Ultra room Spacid took over the controls after some minor technical problems but he delivered the goods. Psytox, who was celebrating his birthday, finished the job by treating his friends and the Kozzmozz crowd to an avalanche of strong tunes making people dance their asses off till the very end. In the main room Kr!z closed this already memorable night with a hard uplifting techno set reminding people what Kozzmozz stands for. A lot of tired but happy faces were later seen leaving the building, heading for Music For Life house with some donations from the night!

We sure hope the presence of Luke Slater will help in doing so, especially as he’s bringing us a Planetary Assault Systems set, his legendary moniker under which he will also bring us a new album in 2009. And, as if one headliner isn’t enough, we’ve also got a very special project in store for you with O/V/R, an interactive dj-set of James Ruskin of Blueprint and Regis of Downwards. Big thanks to come and party with us on this edition!
Quality techno and a genuine atmosphere, the formula that Kozzmozz stands for since day one!
Fuse-resident Deg opened this edition in a perfect way and captured the crowd with a deep set of both new minimal and older techno-tracks. By the end of his set the atmosphere at Vooruit was heated up to the right tempurature and DJ Bone took over with a hard straight forward tribal set, showcasing his technical skills and made the room going wild. Cisco from the Advent took it than even further with his live-set: mental, sound-designed locomotive techno, which didn't leave us one second to catch our breath. This left the 3-deck wizard Innigo Kennedy with the difficult job to take over, which he did perfectly, serving a strong, varied techno-set that made everybody put the hands in the air. Our resident Kr!z ended the night in the perfect way!
We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did and see you at the next edition on December 20th !

Like each year after summer we have a traditional Kozzmozz party at Vooruit that will happen on Saturday September 20th. No huge head-liner this time but two of our old time favorites and one who’s been on our wish-list for a long time ! And all three guests have been living and breathing techno since the very early days …
Headlining is Cisco or The Advent. Cisco started producing Techno and performing live Techno shows years before the rest of the world had even heard of the genre. He released his first track in 1988, was a pioneer of the Live PA (or Live Public Address – performing Techno live in front of an audience using electronic music gear), and, if all that wasn’t enough, he even worked as the sound engineer on some of Derrick May’s, Adonis & Fingers Inc’s recording sessions!
Our second guest DJ Bone is to some the champion of the underground. Others see him for the first time and ask the person dancing like crazy next to them, "Where did THIS guy come from?" Think of Detroit Techno and DJ Bone might not be high on your list of luminaries because he is 100% independent and does things on his terms and on his terms only. He won't tap dance or bend to fit the ‘popular’ dj mold. Those who recognize Bone know him for his uncompromising and innovative ways and incredible technical wizardry.
And also Inigo Kennedy is a pioneering and respected techno and electronic music producer and DJ. He is well known for always bringing technical and creative originality and skill to his work. He is the owner of the innovative and genre defying label Asymmetric. He has also been responsible for a large and diverse back catalogue of releases on a wide variety of labels and projects around the World. His discography stretches to almost 100 releases on vinyl, CD and as MP3.
Belgium will be represented by our resident Kr!z and one of Fuse clubs longest running residents Deg.

Right from the start the Kozzmozz tent filled up nicely with partyheadz who enjoyed Spacid’s set , warming up nicely, just like the temperatures. Pierre took over but the over-heated tent and his quite full on set , proved a bit too much for our loyal fans, we forgive you J. Luckely there were some die hard Steve Bug fans who cheered on their idol all throughout his set , which was simply brilliant, the usual deep and full Steve Bug sound all the way ! Perfect for Steve Rachmad to continue and slowly build it up with more Detroit and melodic techno. And then our resident Kr!z started to bring on the full Kozzmozz techno sound and as it became a ‘little’ bit cooler , the K fans also came back from all corners of the huge Tomorrowland grounds and the tent was full again by the time Chris Liebing took over. He clearly enjoyed himself a lot, as did the crowd. We went out with a bang as Ben Sims and Surgeon delivered us their Frequency 7 project !
We loved it and from the smiles on your faces, we think you did too ! See u next year and thank you and congratulations to ID&T !

Kozzmozz regrets to have to inform you that Claude Young will not play on Tomorrowland.
Although ID&T & Kozzmozz did everything possible to meet the necessary requirements, they felt no cooperation from the other side to do all that was possible to have Claude Young play in Belgium on Sunday.
We are however happy to say that we found a worthy replacement with Steve Rachmad. Steve was Kozzmozz’ resident for many, many years and just has a new, big release out. After recent successful releases on Music Man, A.r.t.less and Delsin, the veteran of Dutch techno is back with a release on EC Records, called Surdosong. Label owner Michel De Hey is on the remix duties together with his longtime friend Secret Cinema. Already playlisted by John Digweed, Laurent Garnier, Ken Ishii, Funk D’Void, Shinedoe, Fabrice lig, …

The Kozzmozz T-shirts for boys had been sold out for a while and your demand was high so it was more than time for new ones.
We decided not to go for new designs but have reprinted some of the most popular ones : the latest ‘Kiss my K’ versions and the ‘old skool’ design with the logo and the Chinese letters. They are available both for guys and girls and will be sold in the promotion stand in or next to the Kozzmozz tent on Tomorrowland festival on Sunday, July 27th.

Kozzmozz is proud to be part of Belgium’s only full worthy open-air dance-festival, Tomorrowland, since day one !
After the great success of the previous years, we had to be there again this year, especially since the festival is now becoming a lot bigger and more spectacular and the additions to the line-ups are extremely impressive with two full days of music !
On Sunday, July 27th we will start the day in our tent a bit more laidback / minimal but will surely build up the pace to what will undoubtedly be a huge climax of a great day !
Ultra resident Spacid will warm up the crowd for Steve Bug. Pierre of Lessizmore will without a doubt perfectly know how to take over from Steve and know how to drive up the tempo before Claude Young takes over the decks. Born and raised in Detroit , he trained around the globe in the art of sonic combat (also literally for those who’ve seen him at work). British Murder Boys have been replaced by Frequency 7. This means that Anthony Child, better known as Surgeon will still be there but his partner this time will not be Regis but Ben Simms ! They will be followed by Chris Liebing is about the only German techno dj. who comes close to Sven Väth. He has been proclaimed best national dj. and came out as best producer and remixer in a lot of polls of magazines. The Kozzmozz tent will be closed in style by our resident Kr!z who – with his unbelievable technique and knowledge of the K-sound – will make the crowd go so crazy that they will undoubtedly go home completely satisfied !! |

Thanks again for joining us on the latest edition of Kozzmozz!
Lots of familiar faces and friends to chat with and lots of different techno styles to dance to ... a bit of everything for everybody.
Metro Unit kicked off the main room with their Detroit inspired sound to warm up for Kevin Saunderson who played both new and old tracks and definitely had the room going with all the hands in the air !
In the meantime Tecnum proved his worth as young talent before Crisp launched the Bokal sound to a heated room. Kr!z did his thing in the main room and did it very well, Oscar Mulero continued on the same high speed pace.
And also in the Ultra room the pace was taken up a notch with Spacid & Seba Lecompte.
We hoped you enjoyed it as much as we did ! See u on the next one in September with The Advent & dj Bone + more tbc remember those days ...

A huge thank you to everybody that joined us on Kozzmozz and was part of one of the best editions ever in Vooruit.
That special Kozzmozz atmosphere where everybody was dancing, screaming and meeting their friends to the top, very nice people all around, great music in two rooms, … Speedy J and Radial LIVE rocked the main room and also the dj’s in the minimal room brought some serious ‘minimal’ techno. We saw that it was good and you told us we were right !

Tom Dazing listened to the many entries we received through Poppunt and he selected DJ Hajime. His name is Japanese for 'Go or start'. He's been practicing at home for about 6 years and is now ready to show his skills in front of an audience for the very first time. Come and cheer him on ! The joint venture between Kozzmozz and Tresor proved to be a very good match. The many T-shirts ( with lots of different designs and from different years ) from both Tresor and Kozzmozz in the Vooruit showed how much our crowds like both concepts.
T-Quest ended his last set with his own track Upiter and we will dearly miss him ! Thanks again Stefaan for all the lovely years.
Both James Pennington & James Ruskin played many classics along new stuff and got a great atmosphere going. We went out with the though tempo of Kr!z and his amazing turntable skills. Want to see how it was, check the pictures and video’s in our media section. We also want to say sorry for the missing Tresor images on the screens but despite thorough briefing to Tresor, the guy we had over especially for that didn’t bring all that they promised to us such as the images … which was a shame indeed …

This is the weekend after the final exams and a perfect day to party away all your worries and simply "let go"!
We can already reveal that James Ruskin will drop by. He's touring to promote his fourth album - 'The Dash', due to be released on Tresor soon. During his tour he will perform at top notch clubs such as Tresor Berlin, Fabric London, Fabric Madrid and Florida 13. In Belgium you can check him out at the next Kozzmozz edition.
The last time James Ruskin played at Kozzmozz d ates back to 2003. Those who were there know why they shouldn't miss the next edition.

On Saturday, 6 October 2007 we celebrate our 12th anniversary. Who would have thought that a small party held on a boat would become the Kozzmozz that we know today, one of Belgium’s most prestigious techno events.
And we owe it all to you. There would be no parties and no atmosphere without the crowd.

Kozzmozz together with Fuse took part to this year's City Parade.
The two biggest Belgian techno organizations shared a truck on which the atmosphere was truly electric.
The people definitely had their share of the fun and danced in the streets of Bergen/Mons creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
Kozzmozz resident Kr!z, Fuse residents Pierre, Deg and international guest Technasia played masterfully.

Through this way we like to inform you on the newest development in Ghent’s partyland. The new and improved portal focuses especially on new media and has a better overview of all our events.
This is a beta version which means there will be coming improvements and chances in the future.
You can navigate with the different planets (by turning the different planets above the menu) as each different event has his very own planet or you can simply use the buttons below the main window.
Each concept has a history and holds an archive of old pictures and flyers. You can also find many youtube movies in the media section.
On your right you can find all information you need to know to buy your presale tickets online.

Kozzmozz returns to Vooruit

After holding an exclusive night in the Galveston building on the 24th March, the mothership returns to the amazing venue, Vooruit, the only protected monument in Flanders in which you can party and where there’s always a unique atmosphere.
We present you Johannes Heil and Robert Hood, next to our residents T-Quest and Kr!z on 30th June, an ideal occasion to celebrate the end of the exams and the beginning of the summer.
Kr!z is one of those few dj's who possesses the gift to play great records and have an astonishing mixing technique. And there's more: Kr!z recently presented his own label Token records, on which he released records by Inigo Kennedy and Sub Space (aka Julien and Gonzague).

The Kozzmozz is ever expanding, new universes of sound are being created even when reading this. Over the years Kozzmozz as explored different styles, different forms of what we call techno. In Galveston we have found a new place to call home. With that we decided to take on an adventurous new artist.
Someone we can explore the new sound of techno with.
Someone to guide us through the Kozzmozz trip.
A true captain of Belgian techno.
We are proud and so pleased to call Kr!z our new Kozzmozz resident. The token label boss started his career at the age of 14 and broke through as an exquisite dj in 2002. He already played for Kozzmozz several times (7 years K, 10 years K, 11 years K) and it just feels right.
All hail our new guide, our new captain in this Kozzmozz trip into space… and beyond.
